Claire Roebuck is an Assistant Vice President with Kaufman Hall’s Strategy practice. With more than a decade of experience, she partners with healthcare executives nationwide to define and implement strategies for the changing healthcare landscape. Her areas of expertise include enterprise planning, market development, operational performance outcomes, and growth strategies.

Claire came to Kaufman Hall from Healthcare Management Partners, where she was the Director of Operations. She led a variety of client projects in the distressed healthcare space, including operational turnaround, performance improvement, labor cost containment, marketing, facilities planning, and COVID-19 response strategies with the goal of returning companies to financial solvency. She also supported litigation efforts for corporate-level multi-million dollar healthcare disputes through fact-based analysis, research, and strategy. Claire completed her administrative fellowship with North Mississippi Health Services and her administrative internship with the University of Alabama at Birmingham Health System. She previously served as a Planning Analyst with the Strategic Planning Department at Community Hospital Corp. Early in her career, she worked in various roles with Novation Inc./VHA (now Vizient).

Claire earned her M.S. in Health Administration and her M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also has a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia.
