Putting Our Values Into Action

  • Kaufman Hall has established a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee to foster a culture of inclusion and social responsibility in which all employees are treated with respect and enabled to reach their full potential
  • The committee leads the firm’s efforts to increase the diversity of our workforce by ensuring we are recruiting, retaining and advancing talent from all backgrounds, identities and perspectives
  • Members of the committee work collaboratively to develop and recommend policies and programs specifically designed to increase awareness and engagement both within the firm and externally among our clients and communities

Objectives and Scope

  • Establish firm-wide objectives, monitor progress and ensure accountability
  • Engage all leadership and staff in conversations, education and training about diversity, equity and inclusion 
  • Ensure the firm’s policies, procedures and processes support and promote an inclusive workforce and are conducive to retaining staff with diverse experiences, perspectives and backgrounds 
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives designed to foster diversity goals 
  • Incorporate diversity values and initiatives into both internal and external branding, marketing, thought leadership and other engagement materials 
  • Ensure Kaufman Hall is actively engaging with our clients and communities to promote diversity and inclusion and drive societal change
