Tom brings than 35 years of experience in the healthcare design and construction industry. He leads Kaufman Hall's Lean Facility Design group, applying Lean methodologies to healthcare design and construction projects to develop safer and more efficient facilities.

As Kaufman Hall Senior Vice President, Tom serves key health systems across the U.S. managing large and complex improvement efforts for top Kaufman Hall clients. In this role, Tom leads diverse teams in identifying, framing and executing client cost, quality and growth opportunities.

Dwayne brings over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, with over 15 years in healthcare. He leads business development and oversees the delivery of Kaufman Hall’s largest, most complex consulting engagements.
