Through data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement and clinical expertise, she helps organizations transform care delivery, optimize advanced practice provider workforce strategy, modernize scope-of-practice models, strengthen ambulatory operations and design sustainable clinical organizations.

Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, Hunt works closely with executive leaders, clinical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and execute transformational initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare administration and strategic consulting, she brings deep expertise in quality performance, care delivery transformation and healthcare workforce optimization.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Hunt held leadership roles at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, where she provided administrative oversight for Advanced Practice Providers in Pediatric Medicine while maintaining a clinical practice in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She also held a joint appointment with the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Hunt is a frequent industry speaker and published author on healthcare quality, workforce transformation, care delivery models and the evolving role of clinicians in healthcare.

Hunt holds a doctor of nursing practice, master of business administration and master of science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a post-master's certificate as a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Kentucky. She is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
