Sarah Wiley is a Managing Director with Kaufman Hall in the firm’s Strategy and Business Transformation practice. Sarah has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience, working across a spectrum of areas including market and growth strategy, program strategy design and implementation, performance improvement, and innovation. Her responsibilities include developing value-based market strategies between payers and providers across different lines of business.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Sarah was with Deloitte Consulting, where she was promoted through the ranks from consultant to Managing Director. While there she partnered with senior executives at leading healthcare organizations to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and adapt to changing market expectations. As part of Monitor Deloitte she focused on working with national and regional health plans in the payer/provider space. She is a strategy leader with proven success in developing market and operational programs including telehealth, social health, and value-based care strategies, as well as benchmarking, and performance management. Sarah was co-leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare Chief Strategy Officer program and a culture carrier who led several key talent and development initiatives for the firm.

She earned her AB from Duke University and went on to receive her MS in Health Science in health policy from The Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health (now the Bloomberg School).
