Each August, a cohort of new graduates joins Kaufman Hall as members of our annual Analyst Program. This group of new hires spend their first year in one of two tracks (Planning or Transaction Track) working as generalists and gaining exposure to each of our advisory practices that make up our Management Consulting division.
Planning Track
- Strategy
- Physician Enterprise
- Performance Improvement
Transaction Track
- Treasury & Capital Markets
- Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions
- Financial Planning
The program offers four-weeks of comprehensive training, a formal mentorship and counseling program and the opportunity to add value to healthcare projects in short order. Please check with your career services organization to find out when we are coming to campus for interviews at your school. Analyst Program recruiting starts in early September through November.
Kaufman Hall offers summer internships to rising seniors with a keen interest in healthcare and consulting, currently earning their undergraduate degrees. The internships are a 10-week paid experience working with consultants at all levels in one of our Management Consulting division’s advisory practices or in our Data division:
- Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions
- Treasury & Capital Markets
- Integrated Strategic Planning
- Data Analytics
Mentors are assigned to help guide your experience and ensure you are doing real work on complex projects. Full-time employment opportunities post-internship are available.
We invite you to browse our Careers during this timeframe to submit a formal application.
