Kaufman Hall Announces 2024 Managing Director Promotions
February 26th, 2024 – Kaufman Hall has promoted the following valued team members to Managing Director:
Nick Bidwell is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Nick advises health systems, physician practices, managed care organizations, post-acute providers, and other healthcare businesses on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic and financial transactions.
Patrick Boerner is a member of the firm’s Performance Improvement practice. Patrick’s primary focus is working with clients to create, enhance, or expand their Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) programs across the care continuum to achieve quality-focused and financial goals.
Nick Gialessas is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Nick provides merger and acquisition advisory services to healthcare organizations including health systems, physician practices, laboratory services, managed care companies, and other non-acute businesses.
Lisa Goldstein is a member of the firm’s Treasury and Capital Markets practice and Thought Leadership team. Lisa is a nationally recognized analyst, speaker, writer, and expert on not-for-profit healthcare and hospital bond ratings.
Markus Goodrich is a member of the firm’s Financial Planning and Data Analytics practice. Markus provides financial and capital planning services to healthcare organizations including multi-state health systems, academic medical centers, and community providers.
Shawna O’Neill is a member of the firm’s Performance Improvement Practice. Shawna leads integrated process improvement engagements and performs focus area improvements in areas including project management, workforce, length of stay/patient flow, and quality.
Brian Pisarsky is a member of the firm’s Performance Improvement practice. Brian advises healthcare executives nationwide on major cost reduction, length of stay, denial management, and patient throughput initiatives.
