Paige Keating is a Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Revenue & Operations Improvement practice, bringing deep expertise in staffing optimization, data analytics, capacity analysis and performance improvement. She partners with health systems and hospitals to design data-driven, sustainable operational strategies that improve efficiency and financial performance.

At Kaufman Hall, Paige has led the development of optimized scheduling and staffing plans grounded in predictive modeling and operational insights. Her work spans collaboration with hospital executives and frontline teams to streamline staffing processes and uncover financial opportunities through capacity and utilization analysis in operating rooms, perioperative areas and imaging departments. 

Paige holds an MS in industrial engineering from Louisiana State University and a BS in industrial engineering from Louisiana Tech University. She is certified in Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies, reinforcing her commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
