Chris Peltola is an Assistant Vice President with the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Kaufman Hall. His responsibilities focus on providing analytical and technical leadership for healthcare partnership transactions, including completing financial analyses, leading transaction negotiations, conducting valuations, and other similar transaction activities. Mr. Peltola works with a broad array of healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, home health and hospice organizations, laboratories, skilled nursing facilities, and physician groups. Mr. Peltola also leads the Mergers and Acquisitions Group’s senior living advisory efforts.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Peltola was a Consultant with Northern Trust’s Hedge Fund Services group. Mr. Peltola was recognized for his success in building efficiencies to automate and increase productivity of the reconciliation process. His areas of expertise include valuations, strategy, financial analysis, and process improvements.

Mr. Peltola earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Michigan, and is a CFA® charterholder.
