Anish Bhavsar is a Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Revenue & Operations Improvement practice, specializing in workforce strategy, staffing analytics, and operational transformation. He partners with hospitals and health systems to design and execute data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, optimize clinical operations, and strengthen financial outcomes. Using a collaborative approach, Anish effectively aligns executive leadership and frontline teams to deliver measurable, sustainable results. 

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Anish worked at an academic medical center in South Florida, leading initiatives to streamline operations across Nursing, Perioperative, and Ancillary Services. His deep experience in perioperative analytics and healthcare operations enables him to guide organizations in improving staffing models and scheduling practices through actionable insights.

Anish holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami and a Master of Health Services Administration from Florida International University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), reflecting his dedication to disciplined execution and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
