Lan Mai Nguyen is a Senior Vice President in the Clinical Solutions practice at Kaufman Hall. She specializes in helping healthcare leaders develop financially sound, data-driven strategies to drive patient throughput, develop comprehensive capacity strategies, maximize operational efficiencies and support strategic goals.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Lan was a Strategy Consultant at North Highland. In that role, she partnered with clients in healthcare and other industries to identify opportunities and operationalize strategic decisions. She expanded specialty pharmacy footprints, advised on telehealth opportunities, increased access to specialty care providers and identified additional revenue streams for underutilized resources. Lan previously served as a Healthcare Consultant with Stroudwater Associates, where she assisted with hospital valuations, financial modeling, operational improvement efforts, strategic planning and physician-hospital engagement and alignment initiatives. She also was a Patient Safety Analyst with Synensys, LLC, and an Oracle Financials Implementation Consultant with Hitachi Consulting.

Lan earned her MHA and MBA from Georgia State University and her BS from Georgia Tech. She served as a Chemical Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard.
