Grand View Health Joins St. Luke's University Health Network

July 1, 2025 - Grand View Health ("GVH") has joined St. Luke's University Health Network ("SLUHN"), having received all necessary state and regulatory approvals. The partnership strengthens the two organizations' shared commitment to delivering the highest quality care to patients.

Grand View Hospital in Sellersville is SLUHN's 16th campus, the culmination of a process that began in earnest last year.

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to GVH.
