Jill Annala-Rogers is a Senior Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Strategic and Financial Planning practice, specializing in Performance Improvement. She has more than 28 years of broad healthcare experience with expertise in case management redesign, length of stay reduction, and patient throughput process improvement. She has successfully identified operational deficiencies and streamlined operations to improve interdisciplinary team communication, status and level of care accuracy, and quality measures.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Ms. Annala-Rogers worked more than six years as an Associate Director at Berkeley Research Group, where she led length of stay and patient throughput process improvement initiatives. Ms. Annala-Rogers has held several staff and leadership positions in case management and nursing. Previous leadership roles include Care Coordination Manager of a 400+ bed community hospital system, Regional Performance Director for a Managed Care Organization, Clinical Services Director for a 33-physician Nephrology Practice in Phoenix, Ariz., and Interim Case Management Director at hospitals in Ohio and New York.

Ms. Annala-Rogers is an Accredited Case Management Registered Nurse, certified by the American Case Management Association. She holds a Certification in Care Coordination and Transition Management through the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing and the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board. Ms. Annala-Rogers has a B.S.N. from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
