Robert Turner is the National Practice Leader for Treasury & Capital Markets at Kaufman Hall and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He leads the firm's advisory services across treasury strategy, debt capital markets, investment strategy, real estate capital markets, and equipment finance, helping healthcare organizations optimize balance sheet performance, capital deployment, and long-term financial capacity.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, Mr. Turner advises health systems, academic medical centers, and other healthcare organizations on capital structure, liquidity management, financing strategy, investment oversight, and balance sheet transformation. His primary area of expertise is debt and capital markets advisory, including taxable and tax-exempt financings, debt restructurings, and derivative transactions.

Mr. Turner works closely with executive leadership teams and boards on strategic decisions affecting liquidity, capital access, investment performance, and enterprise capital capacity. He holds a master of business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor of arts from Washington and Lee University.
