Priority Health has announced plans to become the governing member of Group Health Cooperative of Eau Clair

CHICAGO – July 24th, 2025 - Priority Health, a Michigan-based health plan, has announced plans to become the governing member of Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire, a nonprofit health plan serving members in Wisconsin. The agreement marks Priority Health’s expansion into Wisconsin and its evolution into a four-state health plan.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
