Nuvance Health has joined Northwell Health

CHICAGO – May 1^st, 2025 – Nuvance Health (“Nuvance”) and Northwell Health (“Northwell”), two nonprofit health networks, have officially joined together to form a new integrated regional health system that will enhance care for communities across greater New York and Connecticut, serving a population of more than 13 million.

The integrated system will bring greater access to primary, specialty and hospital care through a diverse network of 22,000 nurses and 13,500 providers at 28 hospital locations and more than 1,050 ambulatory care locations.

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive advisor to Nuvance.
