Mountain Lakes Medical Center has joined Wellstar Health System
CHICAGO IL, August 10th, 2026 – Mountain Lakes Medical Center ("MLMC") has joined Wellstar Health System ("Wellstar") to join Wellstar’s integrated health system network across Georgia.
MLMC is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Rabun County and surrounding northeast Georgia communities.
Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to MLMC in connection with the transaction.
