INTEGRIS Health has singed a definitive agreement to join Kaiser Permanente's Risant Health
CHICAGO IL, October 21st, 2026 – INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, has signed a definitive agreement to join Risant Health, a nonprofit, charitable organization created by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals to bring together like-minded organizations and increase access to value-based care and coverage. Upon closing, INTEGRIS Health will become the third health system to join Risant Health, following Geisinger and Cone Health.
The transaction is intended to accelerate the adoption of value-based care throughout Oklahoma by leveraging Risant's resources and capabilities to improve quality, access, and affordability. INTEGRIS will maintain its name, brand, and leadership team while benefiting from additional investments in clinical services, technology, and infrastructure.
