Therese Wareham

As managing director of the consulting and advisory firm Kaufman Hall, a Vizient company, Therese "Terri" Wareham serves as a senior advisor to healthcare organizations nationwide, partnering across the firm's practices and leadership team to bring the right expertise to each client engagement. A founding partner and former CEO of Kaufman Hall, she helps shape strategic client relationships and advises organizations on complex financial, capital and strategic initiatives.

Her expertise includes strategic capital planning, integrated strategic and financial planning, treasury operations, capital markets, financial advisory services, and mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and affiliations.

Terri holds a master of business administration with concentrations in hospital administration and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor of science from the University of Notre Dame. She serves on the Chicago Booth Council of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is president of her local school district foundation and is a member of the advisory board of the Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group at Georgia State University.
