Robert Turner is a senior leader in Kaufman Hall’s Treasury and Capital Markets practice, with more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare and finance. He advises healthcare leaders nationwide on Treasury and Capital Markets topics, including credit and capital management, external financing, treasury operations, treasury platform merger integration, and enterprise resource allocation. His capital markets expertise includes plan of finance development for public and private taxable and tax-exempt financings, debt restructurings, swap restructurings, and FHA 242 debt financings.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Robert was a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He is a regular speaker on Treasury and Capital Markets, and financial planning topics for industry organizations. Robert holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, with a concentration in Finance.
