Robert Jagiello

Robert Jagiello, a Managing Director with Kaufman Hall, brings deep healthcare M&A and strategic advisory experience, with a focus on hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations and provider-sponsored health plans.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Not-for-Profit Healthcare Strategy and M&A at Jefferies, where he helped build and grow the firm’s healthcare M&A platform. Prior to Jefferies, Robert held leadership roles within Citi’s Not-for-Profit Healthcare group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and financing initiatives across the healthcare sector.

Robert earned a master of arts in economics from Georgetown University and a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of California, San Diego.
