Michelle Bober joined Kaufman Hall, a Vizient company, in 2025 and serves as Chief of Staff for the Consulting Business Unit (BU). In this role, Michelle partners with the BU President to define and lead key initiatives that support the execution of the BU strategic priorities.

Prior to joining Vizient, Michelle spent 20 years working in health systems across the Chicago market including Rush University System for Health and Northwestern Medicine. Most recently, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at Silver Cross Hospital, where she led strategic planning and growth, medical group operations, service line development, academic and physician partnerships and facilitated meetings with the Board of Directors.

Michelle holds a BBA in management and pre-medicine from the University of Iowa and an MBA in health management from DePaul University.
