Kiel Von Feldt is a Vice President with the Real Estate practice at Kaufman Hall. He has been active in the healthcare sector for over a decade in varying capacities including design coordination, project management and asset management. He plays an integral role in advising and identifying efficiencies on real estate operations, including budget, schedule, leasing, contracts, procurement, quality and risk. His focus is on optimizing owned, leased or to-be-developed real estate to enhance operations and financial performance.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Kiel was a Vice President of Asset Management at i3, a Houston-based real estate developer focused on mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, and healthcare projects. In this position, his responsibilities included construction management, delivery, leasing, budgeting, stabilization and overseeing third-party property management across the diverse asset classes. His prior experience also includes serving as a Project Manager with CBRE for the Memorial Hermann Health System and Project Engineer with Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers.

Kiel earned both his MS in Civil Engineering and BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
