Jennifer King Daugherty is a Managing Director for Kaufman Hall’s Treasury and Capital Markets practice. She advises healthcare leaders nationwide on Treasury and Capital Markets topics, including credit and capital management, external financing, treasury operations, treasury platform merger integration, and strategic resource allocation.

Jennifer has completed transactions totaling more than $30 billion for healthcare providers, including tax-exempt and taxable debt issues, derivatives transactions, and credit facilities. She has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture opportunities. Additionally, she has extensive client relationships including Bon Secours Mercy Health (OH), Stanford Health Care (CA), Seattle Children’s (WA), and Legacy Health (OR).

She previously served as a Managing Director at Ponder & Co. for the Capital Advisory Group. She has more than 37 years of experience in providing investment banking and financial advisory services to hospital systems, academic medical centers, public hospitals, and HMOs. She has maintained long-standing relationships with her clients through an emphasis on consistent, unbiased advice and advocacy in the capital markets.

Jennifer holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from New York University and an A.B. in economics from Princeton University. She is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
