Christina Smith is a Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Performance Improvement practice, specializing in non-labor. Her responsibilities include managing and facilitating collaborative supply chain discussions among providers across the care spectrum, including physicians, nurses, and other allied providers. She has more than 30 years of result-oriented healthcare leadership experience in management consulting, perioperative nursing management, clinical operations, and revenue improvement along with a vast array of other practices.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Christina was with Huron Consulting Group as a Senior Director where she engaged in the ongoing development of the team to provide expanding deliverables. She was recognized as the winner of the 2021 Huron Healthcare Trailblazer Award for Innovation for the design and development of an utilization and evidence-based discussion dashboard for robotic-assisted surgical procedures.

Christina earned her BSN from University of Vermont, Certification in Healthcare Administration from The Wharton School of Management, and her MSN from Northeastern University.
