Callie Eberspeaker is an Vice President for the firm’s Strategy & Business Transformation practice. She provides healthcare executives nationwide with advisory and analytics support to ensure sound, data-driven strategic planning. Her areas of expertise include provider-payer relations, merger integration, growth strategies, strategic execution, and market planning.
Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Callie worked in a variety of progressive leadership roles at Sentara Health. Most recently, Callie served as Director of Strategic Growth, leading multi-state provider and health plan collaboratives. Previously, she served on the administrative leadership of a Trauma 1 hospital, where she held strategic and operational responsibilities. Most notably, she was responsible for opening a community cancer center and the growth of surgical service lines. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff at Sentara, where she managed enterprise goal-setting and external engagement and supported the development of the innovative program. Early in her career, she worked as a founding team member of the Clemson University-Greenville Health System (now Prisma Health) School of Health Research in program and research development.
Callie holds a M.H.A. from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities, a M.S. in Finance from The College of William and Mary, and a B.S. in Health Sciences with a Minor in Business Administration from Clemson University.
