Annie Melikian has more than 20 years of management experience in major healthcare organizations, including more than a decade as a senior finance executive. She advises healthcare executives on a variety of financial and strategic initiatives. Her many areas of expertise include operational performance improvement, cost management, business strategy, organizational restructuring, productivity enhancement, capital and debt management, work systems redesign, and affiliations, mergers, and acquisitions.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Annie was Chief Financial Officer of the Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS), a six-hospital system based in Los Altos Hills, Calif. She previously held positions as Vice President of Operational Finance and Director of Financial Improvement at DCHS, Director of Financial Operations at Catholic Healthcare West (now Dignity Health), and Senior Manager with Arthur Anderson, LLP.
