As managing director of the consulting and advisory firm Kaufman Hall, a Vizient company, Andrew Mancuso focuses on helping healthcare organizations improve clinical and operational performance while advancing enterprise transformation.
Mr. Mancuso partners with health systems, academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks to address complex challenges related to enterprise transformation, post-merger integration, margin optimization and financial performance. He helps organizations translate strategy into execution to strengthen sustainability, improve operational performance and achieve lasting transformation.
As a trusted advisor to healthcare executives for more than 20 years, Mr. Mancuso has worked extensively with large academic health systems, not-for-profit community-based integrated delivery networks and regionally based payers. His work focuses on aligning strategy, operations and performance improvement initiatives to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Mancuso served as senior vice president and general manager of Vizient’s Enterprise Client Management Team, where he led strategy development and cross-functional service delivery for key Vizient clients across the central and western United States. His experience also includes leadership roles with Vizient Advisory Solutions, Sg2 Strategy Consulting and MedAssets.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mancuso worked as a derivatives trader for several Wall Street firms, where he developed expertise in predictive analytics and financial modeling.
Mr. Mancuso holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Harvard University.
