Amanda Steele is a leader in Kaufman Hall’s Planning practice, focused on providing actionable, data-driven solutions to help hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare providers succeed in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. She assists clients with a broad range of operational improvement, governance, and management needs, with special emphasis on the cultural and organizational principles required to drive systemwide change.
Prior to Kaufman Hall, Amanda was Vice President, Provider Enterprise Services at Optum Advisory Services. In that role, she partnered with systems through transformational change management endeavors positioning providers as key leaders. She previously held positions driving growth and building performance improvement technologies at The Advisory Board Company.
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago.
