What will my experience be like?

You will join a leading software company as part of a small cohort of new graduates focused in three areas: Software Engineering, Data Analysis, and Client Success.

Will I have exposure to all areas of the firm?

Our three-week onboarding program will expose you to all of the functional areas in Software, as well as provide education on each of the three primary industries we serve: Healthcare, Financial Institutions and Higher Education. After that your work will be focused in your primary department.

What type of training do you offer?

We have a structured new hire onboarding program as well as on-going training for each functional area. You will hear from recent hires, key leaders and executives of the firm, apply what you’re learning through interactive, cross-functional exercises, and build general business skills that will help develop your career potential.

Will I have a mentor?

You will have an Axiom Ambassador that will help you learn your way around Kaufman Hall and put you on the trajectory for success in your new role and career development.

Are you able to support students who require sponsorship to work in the US after graduation?
