Why did you decide to cancel Performance Management Summit 2020?

The health and well-being of Kaufman Hall clients, employees, and partners is our top priority. As leading health organizations such as the CDC and World Health Organization elevated cautions during the COVID – 19 outbreak, we made the difficult decision to cancel the client conference in its current format. Cancelling our in-person Performance Management Summit avoids a large gathering at a critical time and enables hundreds of client organizations to have their leadership available to prepare and respond to the COVID – 19 threat.

We are evaluating options to either reschedule Summit to a date later in 2020 or shift to a virtual conference format.

Will I receive a refund for Performance Management Summit 2020 registration fees?

All registration fees will be automatically refunded using the same method you used to pay. If you paid via check, you’ll receive a refund check within 10-14 business days. If you paid via credit card within the past 120 days, your refund will be credited back to the original card within 7-10 business days. For credit card payments made more than 120 days ago, we will contact you directly to process this refund.

There is no need to contact Kaufman Hall staff to initiate refunds. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our events team at events@kaufmanhall.com.

What about other travel cancellations and reimbursements?

We have worked with Summit hotels to ensure your reservations are cancelled at no cost to you. If you made a reservation as part of the Performance Management Summit room blocks at La Cantera Resort & Spa, Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio at the Rim, or Residence Inn San Antonio Six Flags® at the Rim, your reservation will be cancelled by Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

We encourage you to cancel your airfare or other travel plans as soon as possible and have prepared documentation to support your requests for refunds from travel agencies, airlines, and or others.

Will Summit 2020 be rescheduled?

Summit 2020 will either be rescheduled for a later date in 2020 or transitioned to a virtual event. Either way, you’ll still enjoy great keynote speakers, client-led sessions, training, and more. Specific details will be available in the coming weeks.

Are all Performance Management 2020 pre- and post-conference events cancelled?

At this time, all Summit-related events are cancelled including Axiom Academy, Ask the Expert, golf, and industry dinners. As noted, we are working to reschedule or shift to a virtual experience and will make every effort to incorporate these valuable and popular pre- and post-conference activities.

It is our goal to maximize your opportunities to learn, network, and share with other clients and leaders within your industry at either the later event or virtual event.
