Jennie Dulac leads Kaufman Hall’s Clinical Analytics software unit, working closely with clients to assess their needs and determine how data and analytics can help them improve business performance. With more than 35 years of clinical leadership experience, Jennie has led clinical collaboratives for more than 250 hospitals. She has developed numerous quality and safety programs that have earned Healthgrades Top 100 Hospital and Top 10 Health System designations. Her areas of expertise include quality management, strategy, operations, and clinical decision support.

Jennie previously served as Chief Quality Officer with SCL Health, where she developed and implemented the organization’s strategic plan for quality, safety, and clinical risk. Her previous positions include Vice President of Quality Management at Universal Health Services, Inc., Executive Director of the Regional Hospital Network at Spectrum Health, and 20 years conducting healthcare quality management start-ups.

Jennie regularly contributes to industry and academic publications. She has held academic appointments at Dartmouth Medical School, Washington University Medical School, and Michigan State University. Jennie earned an M.S. in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.
