Kaufman Hall recently published its 2018 CFO Outlook survey report, detailing performance management trends and priorities for financial institutions. The survey revealed some very interesting findings, such as:

  • 91% of respondents are experiencing increasing pressure to provide greater insight into how financial results impact business strategy
  • Only 16% of respondents have a clear understanding of the profitability of their products, customers and channels
