With more than 25 years of experience, Todd Fitz has extensive expertise spanning healthcare finance, strategy, and operations. He provides strategic planning counsel to hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations nationwide, focusing on network development, partnership strategy and integration, and performance improvement.
Todd is a frequent author and speaker on the topics of physician services, strategy, and healthcare innovation. Prior to Kaufman Hall, he led the Healthcare Consulting practice at HOK, an integrated planning and design firm. He also held leadership roles in the consulting practices at Sg2, Huron, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Todd is an associate faculty member at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and an instructor in the Health Systems Management program at Rush University. He holds an M.S. in Health Systems Management from Rush University.
