Tim Shoger has more than 30 years of experience working with healthcare leaders nationwide to address operational, financial, strategic, business planning, and performance improvement challenges. He is a senior leader in the Performance Improvement (PI) practice, where he assists clients in identifying, developing, and implementing sustainable improvement solutions. Tim leads the firm’s Merger Integration services as part of PI, working with various stakeholders to coordinate successful organizational transformation and integration efforts. He also leads Kaufman Hall’s Results Management Office offering.
Tim’s previous experience includes serving as Senior Director for Financial Planning at the Cleveland Clinic, where he standardized business planning processes system-wide, and evaluated new market opportunities. He developed community hospital expansion/renovation plans, clinical program advancement plans, and system-wide service integration plans. Tim also worked as a consultant for various firms, including the Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Healthcare Consulting practice.
Tim received his M.B.A., with a concentration in Healthcare Finance, from Case Western Reserve University.
