Bob Zeller has served as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives nationwide for more than 25 years. He has led or assisted in more than 300 engagements for a variety of healthcare organizations, including large health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, physician organizations, and payers.
Bob’s expertise spans integrated strategic and financial planning, performance improvement, and mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations. Most recently, he has focused on the design and implementation of cost containment strategies across health systems, and the development of provider-payer partnerships. Prior to Kaufman Hall, Bob held executive positions in a Big 5 accounting/consulting firm, and at both Stanford Medical Center and El Camino HealthCare System. He has presented at seminars sponsored by the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Medical Group Management Association.
