Richard Rollo is a leader in Kaufman Hall’s Partnerships, Mergers, and Acquisitions practice. In addition to extensive M&A experience, his areas of expertise include strategic planning, governance, financial restructuring, transition and integration planning, and financial analytics.

Richard previously served as Managing Director for H2C LLC, an investment bank serving not-for-profit health systems and provider-backed health plans. In that role, he assisted with numerous merger, acquisition, and partnership transactions among hospitals, physician groups, health plans, home health agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, and other providers. His prior healthcare experience includes serving as Vice President for Corporate Development and M&A at Health Net, Inc., and Vice President for Investment Banking at Shattuck Hammond Partners Inc. He also held executive positions in finance and corporate development at Transamerica, GE, TD Bank, PG&E, and Exelon.

Richard earned an M.B.A in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University.
