Julia Wysocki has 15 years of experience and is focused exclusively on serving higher education clients. Julia has assisted clients in developing and implementing strategies to improve service, operational, organizational, and strategic performance in higher education. Her expertise includes cross-functional leadership, budget management, change management, operational model design, student lifecycle management, and the development of actionable, timely strategic plans.
Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Ms. Wysocki was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Higher Education practice where she assisted clients in enhancing the student experience across the student lifecycle, optimizing operational models, enabling process transformation, and successfully impacting change. During her time at Deloitte, she partnered with a number of institutions to evaluate business processes, organizational efficiencies, and technology opportunities resulting in redesigned business processes, aligned organizational structures, identified leading practices amongst peers and competitors, and technology enhancements to improve the student experience across units, functions, and campuses.
Ms. Wysocki’s other previous roles include sales and brand finance business partner at SC Johnson & Son and business and finance leader for Northwestern University in Qatar in Education City, Doha. Julia holds a Master of Science in Education, Higher Education Administration & Policy from Northwestern University, a Master of Science of Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
