Glenn has advised or been a banker on bond transactions exceeding $23 billion. Prior to Kaufman Hall, he was an investment banker and credit strategy advisor for non-profit healthcare with Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, Glenn was a research analyst, and named First Team, All-American Healthcare Analyst for seven consecutive years by Institutional Investor Magazine. His experience also includes directing the non-profit healthcare ratings group at S&P Global Ratings. Glenn holds an M.P.A. from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
