Brian Hubbard is a Senior Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Strategic and Financial Planning practice. He advises clients on a wide array of initiatives, including financial planning, mergers and integration, and performance improvement. Mr. Hubbard works with organizations nationwide, ranging from small community hospitals to large, urban academic medical centers.  

Mr. Hubbard has more than 20 years of experience leading large transformational teams. He specializes in workforce optimization, operational performance, and project management, and has extensive expertise in building and developing robust workforce management programs. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Hubbard was the Vice President of Engagement and Delivery at Premier, Inc., where he led the Workforce Management Consulting group. In this role, he led large, integrated performance improvement teams with a focus on effective cost management, reducing waste, enhancing efficiencies, and building long-term, sustainable programs to optimize the workforce.

Mr. Hubbard previously served as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where he was Director of Business Transformation for the national Health Provider Transformation practice. Earlier in his career, he was a Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he focused on leading sales and delivery activities, including Project Management Office teams and tool development.

Mr. Hubbard earned both an M.B.A. in Strategic Management, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
