Kris Blohm has more than 20 years of healthcare financial and strategic advisory experience. He counsels executives and boards nationwide on a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic investments, as well as other partnership and affiliation structures.

Prior to Kaufman Hall, Kris was Executive Director in the healthcare investment banking group at Stifel. His responsibilities included the origination and execution of corporate finance and M&A assignments in the healthcare services, information technology, and medical technology sectors. He previously held positions in healthcare investment banking at Cowen and Societe Generale, and at Galen Partners, a healthcare private equity firm.

Kris regularly speaks on the topic of healthcare partnerships at both industry and investor conferences. He holds an M.A. in Accounting from Tulane University.
