Jennie Dulac is Vice President of Clinical Solutions with the Peak Software division of Kaufman Hall. She leads the Peak business unit and works closely with clients to assess their needs and determine how data and analytics can help them improve their business performance with enhanced insights. Ms. Dulac has more than 35 years of clinical leadership experience working with healthcare organizations across a variety of settings, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, integrated network delivery systems, health networks, and managed care organizations. Her areas of expertise include quality management, strategy, operations, and clinical decision support. Ms. Dulac has led clinical collaboratives for more than 250 hospitals, and developed numerous quality and safety programs that have earned Healthgrades Top 100 Hospital and Top 10 Health System designations.
Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Ms. Dulac was Chief Quality Officer with SCL Health. In that role, she developed and implemented the organization’s strategic plan for quality, safety, and clinical risk. Her areas of focus included outcomes management, pay for performance, regulatory oversight, pharmacy and 340B, infection prevention, clinical effectiveness, physician order set management, patient and family experience, medication safety, associate safety, and clinical risk. Ms. Dulac also restructured and developed system-level departments to serve a continuum of care in eight acute care facilities and five ambulatory markets, resulting in $2.2 million in cost savings. Her previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Quality Management at Universal Health Services, Inc., and Senior Director of Quality Improvement at Spectrum Health. Ms. Dulac spent 20 years conducting healthcare quality management start-ups. In addition to developing clinical data systems for healthcare improvement, she has engaged in multiple electronic medical record and computerized physician order entry implementations.
Ms. Dulac regularly contributes to industry journals and has authored numerous academic publications. She has held academic appointments at Dartmouth Medical School, Washington University Medical School, and Michigan State University. Ms. Dulac earned an M.S. in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, and a B.S.N. from Bowling Green State University. She is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute at the University of Michigan.
