Heather Hinchley is a Practice Lead in the Financial Institutions vertical at Kaufman Hall, responsible for overseeing the implementation of planning solutions, with special attention to reporting and dashboard features of the Kaufman Hall Axiom Software Suite. She works with banks and credit unions of varying sizes and complexity nationwide to ensure a successful implementation experience. Since joining the firm in 2015, Mrs. Hinchley has advanced from Implementation Consultant, to Project Lead, to her current position as Practice Lead.
With more than 15 years of banking experience prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mrs. Hinchley has a broad background in financial reporting. She held multiple titles working with regional banks in the Pacific Northwest, most recently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst with Umpqua Bank in Spokane, Washington. Mrs. Hinchley’s experience includes indirect lending, board reporting, expense analysis, organizational profitability, loan loss provision, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting. She also has deep knowledge of incentive and commission compensation planning, data compilation, reporting, and calculation.
Mrs. Hinchley enjoys domestic and international travel and is active in her local neighborhood watch, Humane Society, and intramural sports programs.
