Eric Jordahl is a Managing Director of Kaufman Hall and directs the firm’s Treasury and Capital Markets practice, which includes the firm’s Derivatives Advisory business. These practices focus on helping hospitals and health systems nationwide with credit positioning, financial risk management, debt offerings, interest rate swaps, structuring and execution of specific financial transactions, and monitoring and managing capital structure performance.
Mr. Jordahl has extensive experience working with clients to develop and successfully execute a range of capital formation and risk management transactions and strategies. Since joining Kaufman Hall in 2004, Mr. Jordahl has overseen the delivery of advisory support on projects that span the full continuum of risk and complexity on behalf of organizations of all sizes and levels of sophistication.
Mr. Jordahl has worked in healthcare finance since 1984. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Jordahl spent 20 years in investment banking, during which time he advised large and small providers on transactions involving virtually every major asset class.
Mr. Jordahl received a B.A., cum laude, in Government from Harvard College.
