St. Luke's has transferred its membership interest to Aspirus Health

CHICAGO – March 1^ST, 2024 – St. Luke's, a two-hospital system based in Duluth, MN, has completed its affiliation with Aspirus Health System, based in Wausau, WI.

The combination will create a 19-hospital system serving northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin, and the upper peninsula of Michigan.

Kaufman Hall served as the exclusive advisor to St. Luke's.
