Max Timm is a Senior Vice President at Kaufman Hall and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. A member of the Strategy and Business Transformation practice, Mr. Timm’s responsibilities focus on providing strategic advisory or facilitation support to health systems, physician groups, payers, and other vertically integrated platforms nationwide.

Mr. Timm’s area of expertise is enterprise-level growth. Engagements led by Mr. Timm focus on supporting health companies establish a preferred strategic direction, articulate the potential (and associated risks) of a strategic opportunity, evaluate strategic options, and develop meaningful partnerships. The nature of Mr. Timm’s work requires a robust understanding of market dynamics that will impact the future of health care, and the capabilities organizations will need to access to strengthen their future competitive position within a volume- and / or value-based environment.

Mr. Timm holds a B.A. in Economics from Carleton College, where he graduated magna cum laude and with distinction.
