Dr. Bonnie Proulx is a Senior Vice President with Kaufman Hall and a member of the firm’s Physician Enterprise practice, an integral part of the Strategy and Business Transformation practice. She assists hospitals and health systems across the country with physician performance optimization, clinical and physician alignment strategies, and comprehensive planning for academic physician enterprises and physician affiliates. She brings over 30 years of Academic Health System experience, striving to improve care models and access for patients to care.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Bonnie was the Corporate Director of Advanced Practice Providers at Emory Healthcare. In this role, she was responsible for the oversight of the over 1,200 Advance Practice Providers across 37 service lines in 11 hospitals. She was a member of the executive team for the Physician Group Practice.

Bonnie is nationally known, through her publications and speaking, on the topics of APRN optimization, care model redesign and team based care.

Bonnie has a Doctorate in Executive Nursing Leadership from American Sentinel University, an M.S. in Nursing from Boston College, and a B.S. in Nursing from St. Anselm College.
