Driving the Transition From
Sick Care to Health Care

The healthcare market is evolving at a remarkable pace with change coming from every direction and every stakeholder group. The "power of a million ideas" is starting to transform the delivery system from one focused on sick care to one focused on health care. As implementation of the Accountable Care Act proceeds, new care and payment models are emerging to spur progress toward achievement of the Triple Aim goals.
Hospitals and health systems are working hard with other providers and stakeholders to reshape care delivery and lower costs while improving quality, outcomes, and access. Initial evidence and reported results suggest that significant progress toward the reform agenda is being made by progressive hospitals and doctors all over the country. But clearly there is more to do.
In this environment, there is much to know and learn. The goal of the 2013 Kaufman Hall Leadership Conference is to provide a forum where learning happens — where healthcare executives have time to gain new perspectives and strategies and learn from colleagues from markets all over the United States.
To gauge how different markets across the country are evolving with regard to key issues such partnering, physician alignment, and value-based contracting, we are asking attendees to complete a short survey accessible here.Markets in Transition Survey
We will provide a summary of survey findings on Friday morning during the conference and additional information will be provided to respondents following the conference.
Registration for this year's conference is now closed.
